About This Role
Our team creates tech solutions for international associations, mission-driven non-profits, and top global brands. We collaborate closely with project management and design teams using tools like Monday.com and Slack. We’re seeking a problem-solver who quickly masters new technologies and writes elegant, maintainable code that will power solutions for some of the world’s biggest companies.
Key Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Laravel developer. (Required)
- Proven ability to create, maintain, and implement digital solutions in Laravel.
- Proficient in web technologies, including Livewire, Tailwind, and JavaScript/Alpine.js.
- Experience with AWS. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks when required.
- Highly organized with acute attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- A creative and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Build custom applications using Laravel (TALL Stack, Filament, Vapor).
- Intake and manage priority work outlined by the Account Manager.
- Execute development deliverables while maintaining high standards.
- Present your ideas, respond to feedback, and lead brainstorming sessions to craft solutions for custom projects.
