Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $80,000-$90,000
Location: Flexible within the United States
Schedule: Monday-Friday (9am-6pm ET)

About This Role

Our team collaborates with international associations, mission-driven non-profits, top global brands, as well as small businesses and startups. We’re seeking an Account Manager who excels in managing client relationships and leading projects from start to finish. This individual should possess a strong technical and creative skillset and experience working on projects that blend design and tech, ensuring the delivery of exceptional results. In this role, you will work closely with our tech and creative staff – as well as our client teams using communications and PM tools like Monday.com and Slack.

Key Qualifications

  • PMP certification is required. Once employed, Creative2 will plan to cover costs related to securing a PMP for the successful candidate.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management and client account management, preferably in a creative or digital technology capacity.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Slack, Jira).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with acute attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • A creative and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning and execution, defining scope, goals, and deliverables in partnership with clients and internal teams.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring timely progress updates and communication.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
  • Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates and addressing any issues or roadblocks.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Consistently follow Creative2 project management protocols and help establish new policies when warranted.
