About This Role
Our team partners with international associations, mission-driven nonprofits, leading global brands, innovative startups, and small businesses. We’re looking for an Account Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships and guiding projects from kickoff to completion. The ideal candidate brings a balanced blend of technical know-how and creative insight, with a proven track record managing projects at the intersection of design and technology to deliver outstanding results.
Key Qualifications
- PMP certification is required. Once employed, Creative2 will cover ongoing costs to maintain certification.
- 4+ years of experience in project management and client account management, preferably in a creative or digital technology capacity.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Slack, Jira).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with acute attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- A creative and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and execution, defining scope, goals, and deliverables in partnership with clients and internal teams.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring timely progress updates and communication.
- Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates and addressing any issues or roadblocks.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Consistently follow Creative2 project management protocols and help establish new policies when warranted.
