Continuing Support to a Long-Term Partner
RMTA was created by the Virginia General Assembly in 1966 as an independent transportation authority. Creative2 has partnered with RMTA since 2016, working on a variety of projects and offering internal support. The mission of RMTA is to provide public transportation services in the Richmond metropolitan area, and such services are funded primarily via tolls.
How Creative2 supported
As one of RMTA's long-term partners, we at Creative2 assisted with a full website refresh and implementation of a new brand identity, including updating logo and colors on the site. Our team was able to provide technical "extension of staff" support and train RMTA staff on WordPress content management. In addition to updating the site, we also assisted with integrating a third-party payment portal.
